Dedicated Resources was founded on a simple belief: that early-stage founders deserve the same quality of strategic counsel that large companies take for granted.
How we started
Born from the trenches, not the boardroom.
Dedicated Resources grew out of a frustration shared by our founders — that most consulting firms are built to serve large enterprises, leaving early-stage companies to navigate their hardest decisions alone or with advisors who've never actually built anything.
We set out to change that. Based in West Central Florida, we built a practice specifically designed for the realities of the early stage: limited resources, high stakes, and the need for counsel that is both strategic and immediately actionable.
Today, we work with founders across industries — from SaaS and fintech to professional services and consumer brands — helping them build with clarity and conviction from day one.
